Every piece is made to order in Kitchener, Ontario — printed after you check out, never pulled from a shelf.
Production takes 2–4 business days. We ship twice a week with tracked parcels (Chit Chats / Canada Post partners). You get a tracking email the moment your order leaves.
Transit is 2–5 business days across Canada, so most orders arrive within 5–10 business days total. U.S. and international shipping are coming soon.
Wrong size? Exchange within 30 days, unworn — email us first. Because each piece is made for you, returns are accepted on defective or incorrect items only. If we made a mistake, we fix it free.
